Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center opens new location — 5 key notes

Atlanta-based Emory Healthcare opened a new outpatient clinic in Smyrna, Ga.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The clinic opened on July 17. It offers patients orthopedic, sports medicine and spine treatment services.

2. The clinic also offers imaging services.

3. The new location is 8,000 square feet and is on Emory’s Smyrna Campus.

4. Four physicians will practice out of the clinic.

5. Emory has future plans to potentially add a medical office space to the campus. This would allow Emory to increase its orthopedic presence further at the campus.
