3. Blue Island, Ill.-based NuStar Energy pays for its employees and their dependents’ premiums in full. The company also offers free access to fitness center memberships and wellness assessments.
4. Seattle-based Perkins Coie covers 100 percent of its employees’ premiums and 50 percent of dependents’ premiums. The company also covers part-time employees’ premiums, if they work 19 hours weekly.
5. The Boston Consulting Group pays for its employees and their dependents’ premiums in full. The employees have an average co-pay of $5 maximum, with free emergency room visits.
