ASC industry leader to know: Jay Kreger of HCA

Jay Kreger is vice president — development at HCA with the ambulatory surgery division. He has experience initiating, structuring and executing new business development with the company’s ambulatory surgery division. He also works on acquisitions, consolidations and de novo centers.

Mr. Kreger has supported integration activities related to new acquisitions, including syndications to physician partners, facility licensure and debt restructuring. He works with hospital leadership to achieve market position with physician alignment.

His previous experience includes time as a principal with Edge Advisors and he was vice president of operations at Surgical Care Affiliates for more than three years. Mr. Kreger graduated from Michigan State University and completed his MBA, Tax Accounting at Wayne State University.
