Here are five things to know about the tool.

1. ASCA launched the survey in partnership with Dynamic Benchmarking, a company that provides online benchmarking and reporting solutions.

2. The ASC Employee Salary and Benefits Survey opened for data collection on June 1.

3. Participation in the survey is free for all ASCs. All ASCA members who complete at least half of the survey will have access to personalized reports.

4. This is not the first salary and benefits survey ASCA has completed, but it is the first that will not be conducted manually. The last survey was completed in 2012.

5. The survey results allow ASC leaders to compare compensation and benefits packages to similar ASCs, negotiate a raise, determine salary and benefits of a new position and more.
