Medical Facilities Corp. has announced a cash pay dividend of Cdn$0.09375 will be payable on Aug. 17.
The ex-dividend date for the distribution will be July 29.
MFC owns controlling interests in four specialty surgical hospitals and an ambulatory surgery center.
