Here are the top 10 cities in which healthcare costs are growing faster than wages, according to Castlight Health’s Affordability Index.

A score of 50 or below indicates a reduction in affordability due to healthcare costs racing ahead of wage growth.

2. Tulsa, Okla.: 40.9
3. Richmond, Va.: 41.5
4. Providence, R.I.: 42
5. Raleigh, N.C.: 42.2
6. Oklahoma City: 42.4
7. Nashville, Tenn.: 42.5
8. Los Angeles: 43.4
9. Salt Lake City: 43.9
10. Phoenix: 45.1
