The company, founded in 2002, was originally focused on providing clients with patient feedback and has now expanded to include more services. EdgePerception, the next generation of EdgeSurvey, includes additional features and the company is preparing to launch a new product called Solstice.
“In our work with ASC clients and industry leaders, it became clear that facilities need help managing their growth numbers of tasks and requirements,” said CTQ Solutions CEO Paul Faraclas in a news release. “Solstice is a management solution that automates and organizes the many ‘to-do lists’ facility leaderships have to keep track of, ultimately helping facilities provide the best possible care, operate at the top efficiency, minimize costs and comply with accreditation requirements. It is currently in development and we will have more detailed product announcements and delivery schedules to share soon.”
