Here are 17 statistics on perceived impact of specific risk factors on ASC value, according to VMG Health's Value Driver 2012 Survey.

Results showed the top risk to be a high level of ownership by physicians in competing centers.

Note: very high: more than 1X on implied EBITDA multiple; high: 0.5X to 1X; medium: 0.25X to 0.5X; low: less than 0.25X; very low: negligible impact
