2. Allergy and immunology – $66,500
3. HIV/infectious diseases – $66,500
4. Surgery, specialized – $65,700
5. Plastic surgery/aesthetic medicine – $65,600
6. Cardiology – $65,400
7. Hematology – $65,400
8. Critical care – $65,300
9. Endocrinology – $64,700
10. Pulmonary medicine – $64,600
