SCA and HPHPI are joint owners of ASC Pacific Ventures, LLC, which has a majority ownership in Surgicare of Hawaii. The surgery center will be relocated to a new facility to be built in Waterfront Plaza, which HPHPI leased in June.
The new surgery center will offer orthopedics, pain management, ophthalmology, general surgery, otolaryngology, urology, obstetrics/gynecology, plastics and podiatry services, according to the release. SCA will provide day-to-day management for the center.
