Surgery Center Coalition to hold “Day of Compliance”

The Surgery Center Coalition is pleased to announce its annual “Day of Compliance,” which will include as part of the program, representatives from the NJ State Department of Health and Senior Services and National Health Safety Network.

This one day conference will be presented on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014 at 8 a.m. at The Palace located in Somerset, N.J.

The keynote panel will consist of high level representatives from, AmSurg, SCA, Regent and USPI, with a discussion on the future of ASC’s and how management companies are becoming an important factor in the future of ambulatory surgery centers.

Discussions will include survey readiness, NJ/CMS regulations, HIPAA, IT Privacy and Security and the currently complicated “Life Safety” requirements. Additional speakers from OSHA, pharmacy, infection prevention and legal will be presenting.
