According to the report, Franklin Martinez, Vanessa Marte, Prabhudial Balkaran, Natasha Samuels, Benito Figueroa, Odalis Caraballo and Kenton Wright received “several hundred dollars” for giving clinic operators and an attorney contact information of car crash victims. All seven defendants face up to seven years in prison.
The attorney charged with bribing the employees, William Hamel, was released on $25,000 bond and also faces up to seven years in prison. Mr. Levy was charged for his involvement in the scheme in July.
