The ASC Quality Collaboration offers a free toolkit containing resources for safe injection best practices in ambulatory surgery centers.

The toolkit includes a self-assessment worksheet, modeled on the worksheet that CMS surveyors use to assess infection control practices at ASCs; and educational poster; an injection practices policy and procedure template; and a wide array of training materials and monitoring tools.
