The New Jersey Ambulatory Surgery Center Political Action Committee was established in September. ASCs in the state are facing a number of proposed regulations that would impact the outpatient surgical centers, including bills that would change personal injury protection rules and the licensing process.
The PAC contributed more than $13,000 to candidates in the state’s Nov. 8 election.
