Dr. Levich, who operates Avenue P Medical, is accused of over billing Medicare for his services from Sept. 2006-Dec. 2008.
According to the allegations, Dr. Levich billed for more than 160 hours of services in a single day and routinely billed Medicare for surgical procedures when patients received less expensive treatments, such as pedicures.
Dr. Levich was released on $1 million bail.
