Minnesota Man Pleads Guilty to Paying Kickbacks for Home Healthcare Referrals

Patrick D. Osei, of Brooklyn Park, Minn., has pleaded guilty to paying kickbacks in return for referrals for his home healthcare business and then billing Medicaid for the services, according to a report by the Star Tribune.

The fraudulent charges to Medicaid are estimated to total between $200,000 and $400,000, according to the report.
