Here are five things to know:
1. Ms. Gritton will oversee spine care, risk management, regulation, infection control, quality measures and medical operations organization for Laser Spine Institute’s seven surgery centers.
2. Ms. Gritton joined Laser Spine Institute in 2008 as an RN at the Scottsdale facility and one year later became the team lead of nursing. In 2010, she was named director of nursing at the Philadelphia surgery center.
3. Additional positions Ms. Gritton has held include Vice President in Nursing & ASC Operations.
4. She has a Master’s in Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
5. Ms. Gritton is also a licensed health risk manager.
