Kennedy Surgical Center nurse receives 2015 DAISY Award

Kennedy Surgical Center’s Deidre Conlin, RN, received the 2015 DAISY Award from Kennedy Health for the third quarter of 2015, according to NJ.com.

Ms. Conlin was one of six winners for the quarter. The DAISY Award recognizes extraordinary nurses and is part of the National DAISY Foundation program. Patients, physicians, nurses or Kennedy personnel can nominate award recipients who provide “excellence through clinical expertise, extraordinary compassionate care and a high-level of professionalism.”

Ms. Conlin received the award for her efforts working in all areas of her practice, volunteering to cross train and providing total patient care while making “those around her smile.”
