The surgery center will be called Portneuf Medical Center Rocky Mountain Outpatient Surgery as part of the deal. According to the report, the surgery center will remain in its current location but will move to PMC’s east campus, which is currently under construction.
The board of directors of the surgery center said in the report that the move will help to improve the “efficacy of healthcare in the area.”
