• Male nurses earn an average of $5,100 more per year than female nurses.
• Only one women, Heather Bresch of Mylan, is CEO of healthcare Fortune 500 company.
• Only 6 percent of digital health start-ups that have raised at least $2 million since 2011 have female leaders.
