Hawaii Surgery Center Leases New Facility

Ambulatory Surgery Center, which is owned and operated by Surgical Care Affiliates and Hawaii Pacific Health Partners, has leased a 17,000 square foot facility in Honolulu, which it will convert into a surgery center, according to a report in Pacific Business News.

The ASC signed a 15-year lease for the property, which previously operated as a movie theater.

The new facility is expected to be completed by Fall 2010.
