Chicago — The Ambulatory Surgery Center Association, the national association for surgery centers, and ASC Communications, publisher of Becker’s ASC Review, announce Adrian Gostick, global thought leader and author on workplace strategy, as a keynote speaker at the upcoming 18th Annual Ambulatory Surgery Centers Conference held Oct. 27-29 at the Westin Hotel on North Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

GostickAdrian Gostick will deliver a presentation on “How the Best Managers Use Recognition to Accelerate Performance” on Oct. 28. Mr. Gostick is the author of The Carrot Principle, which has been a regular New York Times bestseller, and of 24-Carrot Manager, which has been called a “must read for modern-day managers” by Larry King of CNN.
