The patient was a health worker with an international aid group who contracted the Ebola virus while volunteering in Sierra Leone. He was admitted on March and was the 11th Ebola patient treated in the Unites States. NIH has not yet released any details regarding his care.
The patient is no longer considered contagious, and he was discharged in good health, according to the report.
