Dr. Miller is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and is a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
He previously served as a staff oral and maxillofacial surgeon at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, according to the report.
