CMS Issues Hospital-Acquired Condition Reduction Program Proposals

CMS proposes measures, scoring and risk adjustment methodology for the Hospital-Acquired Condition Reduction Program as part of its proposed rule for the hospital inpatient prospective payment system for acute-care hospitals.
