1. The task force has more than 40 members across all the healthcare spectrums.

2. The task force members aim to make 75 percent of their total spending value-based.

3. CMS is a prominent member of the task force. HealthcareDive reports that CMS converted 30 percent of its fee-for-service payments to value-based already. CMS is aiming for 50 percent value-based spending by next year.
