Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery adopts thermal fusion technology for tonsillectomy

The Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery in Mokena, Ill., has adopted Microline Surgical’s MiFusion ENTceps for tonsillectomy.

The thermal fusion technology is designed to preserve healthy tissue and result in less post-operative pain for patients.

Otolaryngologist Charles Amenta, MD, is using the technology at the center.
