The Surgecenter of Louisville is a large ASC with seven surgeons who perform cataract procedures. Similar to many ASCs, monitoring expenses, managing product preferences amongst the surgeons and tracking inventory are important aspects of the facility’s operations. To improve operations, Surgecenter wanted to grow its facility, increase efficiencies and control costs.
