Carolyn Skaff is the administrator for North Suburban Surgery Center in Thornton, Colo. Ms. Skaff has more than 30 years of healthcare senior leadership, operations, business development, ambulatory strategies, construction project management and service line management. She has experience working with ASCs, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, community hospitals and physician practices. Her previous positions include serving as CEO for two ASCs; senior executive at several large hospitals/health systems; principal at a national consulting firm; and numerous service line and department director positions. Ms. Skaff has conducted numerous board, management and medical staff planning conferences and educational sessions, and served on numerous national committees.
