Carestream Health Acquires Diagnostic Imaging Systems Developer

Carestream Health has announced it has acquired Genesis Digital Imaging, according to a news release.

Genesis Digital Imaging is a Los Angeles-based imaging software developer and distributor of diagnostic imaging systems.

 

Genesis is a distributor of Carestream’s Vita computed radiography system.

 

“Genesis has an outstanding reputation in serving dealers and exceeding customer expectations,” said Diana L. Nole, president of Carestream’s digital medical solutions business, in the release. “I am delighted to welcome the entire customer-focused team at Genesis to Carestream.”

 

Genesis will become part of Carestream’s medical business.

 

Carestream Health is headquartered in Rochester, N.Y.
