The healthcare certification program was created to address the incompatibility of software and IT systems. The recognized products were tested and certified to meet IHE requirements for interoperability, clinical documentation sharing, patient identification, audit logging and security.
In addition to CareFusion, the program recognized Baxter Healthcare, B. Braun Medical, Corepoint Health, Greenway Medical Technologies, Hospira, InterSystems and Masimo.
