ProVation MD, which is available for a full range of specialties, replaces dictation and transcription and allows physicians to document procedures at the point of care, according to a company news release.
“Eisenhower Medical Center is committed to serving the changing healthcare needs of the communities served through excellence in patient care and supportive education and research,” said Arvind Subramanian, president and CEO, Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Solutions, in the release. “We are pleased that it has selected ProVation MD for GI to further this mission and provide streamlined documentation and coding at the point of care.”
The 542-bed Eisenhower Medical Center is a not-for-profit hospital providing care to Coachella Valley and the surrounding communities. The 130-acre campus is also home to the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences, the Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center and the Betty Ford Center.
