CASA strongly opposes the amendments, which you can view here. CASA voiced concerns through a series of formal comments, testified at public hearings and conducted meetings with the DWC staff and California Labor Secretary opposing changes.

The DWC has not approved the updated fee schedule for 2014, but CASA expects the approval will come when changes are adopted in September.
