Prior to joining Blue Chip Surgery Center Partners, she served as the administrator of a multispecialty surgery center in Colorado Springs, Colo., and of a multispecialty center in Kansas City. Ms. Gooding has also served as the director of finance and network management at Cox Health Systems in Springfield, Mo. She earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.
