AmSurg CFO joins Air Methods board of directors

AmSurg CFO Claire M. Gulmi was elected to the Air Methods board of directors.

She will serve on the company’s Audit Committee, a position that went into effect March 30. She has more than 20 years of experience as a healthcare executive and has overseen the revenue growth at AmSurg from $30 million to more than $1.62 billion.

Ms. Gulmi also helped orchestrate AmSurg’s Sheridan healthcare acquisition, valued at $2.35 billion.

Air Methods is an air medical transportation company.
