Ambulatory Alliances Retained as Representative to Sell Dallas Surgery Center

Ambulatory Alliances, a business brokerage and investment banking firm serving ambulatory surgery centers, has announced it has been retained by New Hope of Dallas as the ASC’s sell side representative.

The 8,473-square-foot surgery center is located in The Colony, Texas, according to a news release from Ambulatory Alliances.

 

It features two operating rooms, one procedure room and opened in Oct. 2009.
