AMA creates policies to address pay gap between male and female physicians: 6 takeaways

The American Medical Association’s House of Delegates adopted new policies to study, advance and advocate for gender equality in medicine. The changes come after multiple studies showed the pay disparity between males and females and after accounting for differences in age, experience and more.
