Oregon is the best state for nurses, according to a new ranking by WalletHub.

WalletHub compared all 50 states across 22 metrics, including monthly average salary and number of healthcare facilities per capita.

Notably, Michigan had the highest annual mean wage for licensed practical and vocational nurses, at $53,745.
