Three insights:
1. The survey comprised results from more than 700 ASCs. Black Book, a market research company, collected data on 18 key performance indicators of operational excellence.
2. SIS products were ranked No. 1 in 14 of the 18 key performance indicators, including strategic alignment of client goals, training, customization, and integration and interfaces.
3. Additionally, SIS products were awarded top honors in three of the four functional subsets evaluated:
- Patient data management/EHRs
- Communications and interoperability
- Decision support/population health analytics
