Four things to know:

1. Medline purchased Medi-Select, effective Jan. 9, for an undisclosed amount. It has become an independent subsidiary of Medline led by Philippe Cantin.

2. Medi-Select has a main office in Quebec City with 38 employees as well as a warehouse.

3. This acquisition will add to Medline Canada, which acquired Dufort and Lavigne in 2018.

4. Medline doesn’t plan to make any immediate changes to Medi-Select’s operations, and it will retain employees in their current roles.
