1. Percentage of management companies that provide a corporate supply chain executive or staff through management agreements:
– Never: 19 percent
– 25 percent of the time: 0 percent
– 50 percent of the time: 7 percent
– 75 percent of the time: 7 percent
– Always :67 percent

2. Percentage of management companies that provide access to a group purchasing organization through management agreements:
– Never: 7 percent
– 25 percent of the time: 0 percent
– 50 percent of the time: 14 percent
– 75 percent of the time: 3 percent
– Always: 76 percent

3. Typical annual changes observed in ASC market for medical supplies:
– Decrease in expenses: 4 percent
– 0 to 1 percent: 7 percent
– 1.1 to 2 percent: 32 percent
– 2.1 to 3 percent: 36 percent
– 3.1 to 4 percent: 14 percent
– 4.1 to 5 percent: 7 percent
