In addition to providing operating capital, Mr. Blankinship and Mr. Bishop will assist the firm in a number of ways, including identifying healthcare deals, providing operational and technological support to entities into which VisionCap deploys investment capital, identify attractive M&A prospects in the healthcare industry and to locate supplemental executives and board members, according to the release.
They will also assist with implementing the healthcare side of VisionCap’s investment platform, and customizing healthcare investment options.
