In September, GI Alliance finalized its physician-led buyout facilitated by a $785 million investment from Apollo Hybrid Value.

Bain Capital Private Equity

ASC powerhouse Surgery Partners is backed by Bain Capital Private Equity.

Health Velocity Capital

Compass Surgical Partners landed a minority investment by Health Velocity Capital in March 2022.

KKR

KKR is the private equity partner of AmSurg and Covenant Physician Partners. It acquired Envision, AmSurg’s parent company, in October 2018 for $9.9 billion and acquired Covenant Physician Partners in 2017. 

Partners Group

EyeCare Partners was acquired by Partners Group in 2019.
