Dr. Julian Cameron leverages Less Exposure Surgery tech at Florida ASC — 4 highlights

Orthopedic Surgeon Julian Cameron, MD, performed a successful sacroiliac joint surgery at the Surgery Center of Fort Lauderdale in Lauderdale Lakes, Fla.

Here are four highlights.

1. Dr. Cameron utilized an innovative posterior approach with SpineFrontier's SacroFuse Gen II technology.

2. The Less Exposure Surgery technology is designed to allow for outpatient surgery through minimal tissue disruption.

3. Dr. Cameron's patient had experienced pain from symptomatic sacroiliitis bilaterally. Prior conservative treatment options — including spine surgery, physical therapy and pain management injections — failed to treat the pain.

4. Malden, Mass.-based SpineFrontier designs and develops implants and instruments for spine surgery.
