Here are four things to know.
1. Allied Pain & Spine launched the Trinity Surgery Center in San Jose, Calif., for pain physicians to perform procedures including epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation and stem cell therapy.
2. The procedures will be performed on an outpatient basis and James Petros, MD, will oversee the center as founder and medical director of Allied Pain & Spine Institute.
3. Trinity Surgery Center will offer same-day appointments for urgent care and physician referrals.
4. The center’s providers aim to use advanced technology for acute and chronic care management, including neuromodulation, regenerative medicine, stem cell therapy and pain counseling.
