MUVE Health assembles orthopedic surgeon advisory board

MUVE Health has created an advisory board of five orthopedic surgeons amid its recent period of growth.

"We are honored to work with this talented group of surgeons. This is an exciting time for outpatient surgical growth, especially in complex orthopedics," said John Palumbo, chairman of MUVE Health. "Ultimately, our success will increase the value of every healthcare dollar spent."

The five surgeons on the 2019-2020 board include:

  • Steven M. Dellose, MD, medical director of the Advanced Center for Joint Replacement at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, Del.
  • David A. Dodgin, MD, co-founder of the Texas Institute for Hip & Knee Surgery in Austin, Texas
  • Eric Matthew Heinrich, MD, co-founder of the Texas Institute for Hip & Knee Surgery
  • James J. Rubano, MD, of Delaware Orthopaedic Specialists in Newark
  • Joseph Victor Vernace, MD, former president of the Bryn Mawr (Pa.) Hospital medical staff
