Wayne, N.J.-based Elite Surgical Center has completed its 350th total joint replacement using Stryker’s Mako robotic arm.

Elite became one of the first ASCs in the region to offer Mako robotic-assisted total joint replacements, according to a May 23 news release shared with Becker’s.

Robotic-assisted joint replacements offer many benefits for patients, including increased accuracy, faster recovery times, less blood loss and less postoperative pain.

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
