Dr. Koch founded and serves as the medical director for the Koch Eye Associates in Warwick, R.I.
He earned his medical degree from the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and completed his residency at the Manhattan (N.Y.) Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital.
