Dr. Chang will see pediatric and adult strabismus patients at the practice’s Northside and Santa Fe Clinics. She will also initiate a pediatric ophthalmology service at the practice’s Rio Rancho clinic and assist with neonatal ICU consultation services at a few local hospitals.
Dr. Chang received her MD from the University of Michigan Medical School. She then completed an internship at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, an ophthalmology residency at Duke University and a pediatric ophthalmology fellowship Harvard – Children’s Hospital Boston.
