Ophthalmologist on the Move: Dr. Kraig Bower Joins MD’s Wilmer Eye Institute at Bel Air

Ophthalmologist Kraig Scot Bower, MD, is now seeing patients at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Bel Air, Md., according to an Explore Harford report.

Dr. Bower is the director of refractive surgery at The Wilmer Eye Institute of Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He specializes in areas including laser refractive surgery, implantable collamer lenses, corneal disorders and cataracts.

 

Dr. Bower received his MD from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, according to his CV (pdf). He completed an internship in internal medicine at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in cornea and external disease at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

 

Dr. Bower also sees patients at Wilmer Eye Institute at Green Spring Station in Lutherville.
